in a countryside in which nothing remained unchanged but the clouds– with this image Walter Benjamin described the push of modernisation that placed life – especially in the metropolises – under completely new conditions in a very short time at the beginning of the 20th century, concluding that this also changed the ability to tell a story.

The series in a countryside…” focuses on Berlin since 1989, with a curatorial interest in the transformations and changes that have taken place in the last 32 years – in the art scene, but also in the ability to tell stories. in a countryside…” collects subjective, political yet private narratives that allow us to assemble a kaleidoscopic, momentary image of the city.
