Im Labyrinth | Yoga-Workshop mit Simona Mariucci im Rahmen des Projekts 99
Beim Yoga-Workshop Im Labyrinth geht es um die Verbindung zwischen den beiden Ritualen Yoga und Theater, eine subtile Untersuchung des Bewusstseinsflusses.
Basierend auf yogischer Praxis und Atemarbeit werden wir auf einen freien, lebendigen und transformativen Körper-Geist hinarbeiten. Bilder werden durch analytisches Denken hervorgerufen, während die Meditation diese Visualisierungen festhält. Das persönliche Labyrinth ist universell. Der Workshop im Rahmen des Projekts 99 wird von Simona Mariucci geleitet (Tänzerin-Performerin, zertifizierte Yogalehrerin). Sie entdeckte Yoga während ihrer langen Reise durch Indien, wo sie auch die Gelegenheit hatte, die Arbeit des Adishakti Theaters kennenzulernen und ein Training für die Auroville Theater Gruppe zu leiten. Sie erforscht die enge Verbindung zwischen Yoga, dem kreativen Prozess und individuellem Wachstum, das folglich auch kollektiv ist.

Im Labyrinth | Yoga workshop with Simona Mariucci as part of the project 99
The Yoga workshop “Im Labyrinth” explores the connection between the two rituals of Yoga and Theatre, a subtle investigation into the flow of consciousness. Based upon yogic practice and breathwork we will work towards a free, vibrant, transformative body-mind. Images will be evoked through analytical thinking, while meditation will hold these visualizations in stasis. The personal labyrinth is indeed universal. Part of the project 99, the workshop will be conducted by Simona Mariucci (Dancer-performer, certified Yoga teacher). She discovered Yoga during her long journey in India, where she also had the opportunity to learn about the work of Adishakti Theater and to conduct training for Auroville Theater Group. She researches the close connection between Yoga, the creative process and individual growth, which consequently is also collective.
