Eine Ausstellung über Vögel

Die Ausstellung ist der Abschluss eines Kunstprojektes, das die Illustratorin Letizia Silvestri, als Erzieherin an der Kurt-Schumacher-Grundschule Berlin Kreuzberg beschäftigt, mit einer Gruppe von Kindern der dritten Klassen an der Schule durchführen durfte. Die Ausstellung zeigt nicht nur Zeichnungen einzelner Vögel, die die Kinder im Rahmen des Projektes geschaffen haben, sondern macht auch das Ergebnis eines erfolgreichen Literacy-Projektes sichtbar, in dem es darum ging die Kinder an den Umgang mit Büchern heranzuführen. Dabei verwendete Bücher waren unter anderem: Morkels Alphabet von Stian Hole (Hanser Verlag 2014) und Martha von ATAK (Aladin 2016).

The exhibition is the conclusion of an art project that the illustrator Letizia Silvestri, employed as an educator at the Kurt-Schumacher-Grundschule Berlin Kreuzberg, had the opportunity to carry out with a group of third grade children at the school. The exhibition not only shows drawings of individual birds that the children created as part of the project, but also makes visible the result of a successful literacy project, which focused on introducing the children to the use of books. Books used in the process included: Morkel's Alphabet by Stian Hole (Hanser Verlag 2014) and Martha by ATAK (Aladin 2016).
