On Saturday, 9 September, we celebrated the end of the HOW DO WE AGGLO? season in perfect summer weather. Zaš Brezar, editor-in-chief of Landezine, the platform for international landscape architecture, visited us for the festive occasion. On this evening, we celebrated the end of the exhibition and the beginning of the AGGLOmeration.

Over the past three weeks, everything at feldfünf has revolved around the topic of agglomeration: together with the numerous visitors and invited experts, we have been able to take a closer look at the debate on the further development of the city of Berlin. How do we want to live in cities when the city centres are unaffordable, new people are moving in every day and the summers are getting even hotter than this one? We propose to focus on the much-maligned agglomeration and to experiment with approaches that bring together fragmented elements and create places worth living in the shadow areas of the city.
